You lie down, fully clothed, in our quiet healing room in Sector 61, Noida. Rakhee places her hands lightly on or just above a sequence of positions along your head, torso and limbs, channelling universal life energy — ki — into your energy field. Our distance clients report the same warmth, relaxation and emotional release as in-person clients. You simply lie down comfortably at home during your appointed session time.
How many Reiki sessions do I need, and is it safe?
Reiki is entirely safe, non-invasive and compatible with any medical treatment. For general stress, even a single session is deeply restorative; for chronic or emotional issues we usually recommend a course of 3–5 weekly sessions and then review honestly together.
